AA BBQ's shrimps in butter and garlic. 

sadly, scallops were not available when we went there.  we had 2 choices, tahong (mussels) and talaba (oysters). obviously, as shown on the pic, we opted for AA BBQ's baked talaba. the cheese mixture on their baked talaba and any other baked dishes are to die for (me, kinda exaggerating). for every time that we've dined here, pedor and i will really discuss as to what comprises the cheese mixture. and then there's this challenge to try and replicate it at home which i'm not able to do so, lol.

december. the time of the year where pedor and i would usually take a break from our busy city life. for 2011 we headed down south to moalboal. we stayed at club serena. the food in the resort was great (no doubt about that) but pedor and i woke up so early that the restaurant is still close so we decided to take a stroll down the beach and we stumbled upon HK resort's resto.

i ordered  HK resort's tocino and egg combo just because i was really craving for tocino that day
